Paniolo Gardens is a low-density complex located on the 14th hole of Waikoloa’s Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course. This peaceful and quiet complex offers stunning golf course views from the large lanais of its 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units. With only 17 units in the complex, sales are quite limited, so be prepared to act quickly if one becomes available. Enjoy the convenience of two deeded parking stalls, a rarity in condos. While there are no onsite amenities, owners and tenants can take advantage of Waikoloa Village’s nearby amenities, including discounted greens fees, a large swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and parks. House rules allow for one small dog or cat with approval. This complex does not allow for short-term vacation rentals.
