With lush common areas and buildings strategically oriented, many units offer private living in a condo-like setting. The property borders the 14th hole of the Waikoloa Village golf course, providing beautiful sunset views. Units on the second floor are highly sought-after due to their high ceilings, creating a more spacious environment. Many units also feature an additional lofted space as a bonus.
