Interesting fact, 14 of the 38 units at Waikoloa Village Condominiums have been sold since 2020. With stunning ocean views, the ability to short-term vacation rent and mostly remodeled units, it is easy to understand why there has been so much turnover in recent years. Units are a mix of studio / one bath and one bed / one bath. Occasionally a rare two bedroom / two bath will come on the market. Some condos have an enclosed lanai while all have washer and dryer in unit. A bit quirky, ground floor units facing the golf course require access from the side of the building. Although the condos do not have recreational ammenities, they are located across the street from the community pool, tennis courts, and golf course.
