The smallest home, a three-bedroom, two-bath residence with a one-car garage, is expected to start at $1.967 million. The largest offering, a two-story, four-bedroom, four-bath estate with a two-car garage, will begin at $2.477 million. With a variety of upgrades and premium options, home prices may reach $2.75 million.
