Rarely available, the 17th Fairway Vilas are a collection of 27 townhouse-style 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom detached condos with a 2-car garage. As the name implies, most units line the golf course fairway offering panoramic views from Mauna Kea to Mauna Loa to evening sunsets along the Pacific. Each unit features a similar layout with the first floor playing host to the kitchen, spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings, the primary bedroom and bathroom, a half bath, separate laundry room and a covered lanai.
