Elima Lani Condominiums

The Elima Lani Condominiums are comprised entirely of 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom units. The complex itself is broken into two sections divided by Lua Kula Street. Each section has its own pool, hot tub, and recreation area. The most desirable units are often golf course facing. With short-term vacation rentals being banned in this complex, the mix of owner-occupied and long-term renters gives Elima Lani a very neighborly feel. One of the more pet friendly complexes in Waikoloa, Elima Lani allows up to two pets (15 lbs) with prior approval.
