Membership Dues for 2023: A Quick Look

Annual Dues: For the year 2023, the total annual dues stand at $1,050.

Flexible Payment Options: Understanding the varying financial needs of the members, WVA allows dues to be broken down into two payments. Each payment, scheduled for January and July, amounts to $530.

Waikoloa Stables: Spread over 25-acres, the historic centerpiece of Waikoloa Village was designed by Vladimir Ossipoff. Those with an equestrian interest will find two riding areas, 10 stall barns, and community riding lessons. It’s not just about horses, though. This location also used to host events from weddings to community celebrations. And for those who love a bargain, the Dusty Donkey Emporium, a non-profit thrift store, is housed here.

Waikoloa Bookmobile: While Waikoloa Village doesn’t have a library it does have the Bookmobile! Located behind the tennis courts, the Bookmobile is open daily from 9am to 5pm. This versatile vehicle is a great place to pick-up, donate and swap everything from books to magazines to DVDs to CDs.

Community Facility Rooms: Looking for a space for gatherings? The village offers three facility rooms suitable for both one-time and regular events consisting of the Community Room (largest) to the Ohana Room and finally the Banquet Room.
